✦ LEVEL UP LEGACY ✦
A national initiative helping churches deliver land, legacy, and economic solutions to their members — turning spiritual authority into generational wealth.
The Movement in Motion
A vision of what it means when the church rises to its full economic calling.
02 — The Problem
For generations, systemic barriers have prevented Black families from accumulating, protecting, and transferring wealth at the same rate as their counterparts. Redlining, exclusion from the GI Bill, discriminatory lending, and the absence of inherited assets have compounded over decades into a structural wealth gap that no individual effort alone can close.
The data is clear. The need is urgent. And the institution best positioned to respond is the one that has always stood at the center of Black community life — the church.
“These are not statistics. These are our families. And the church is positioned to change this.”
The median white family holds 8 times more wealth than the median Black family
Black Americans hold less than 3% of the nation's total wealth despite being 13% of the population
Of Black families lack a will, trust, or any formal estate plan
Black homeownership rates remain nearly 30 points below white homeownership rates
03 — The Opportunity

The church is the most trusted institution in the Black community — more than banks, government, or media. When the church speaks on economic matters, people listen.
Millions of Black families gather weekly under one roof, creating unparalleled access for education, tools, and action at a scale no other institution can match.
Pastoral leadership shapes decisions, values, and vision. The church doesn't just serve the community — it defines what the community believes is possible.
The Biblical Mandate
“Faith Without Structure Leaves Generations Unprepared.”
Stewardship is not simply about managing what we have today. It is about preparing what we leave behind. Wealth, land, and structure are not symbols of ambition — they are instruments of responsibility, protection, continuity, and obedience to divine principles that have always been woven into scripture.
The role of the church has never been limited to spiritual guidance alone. It has always included the responsibility to prepare, protect, and position the people entrusted to its care.
“Wealth and riches are in his house, and his righteousness endures forever. His children will be mighty in the land; the generation of the upright will be blessed.”
God’s design has always been for righteousness and wealth to walk together. Psalm 112 does not separate spiritual faithfulness from material provision — it unites them. The upright man’s children are not just spiritually blessed; they are mighty in the land. That is the promise we are building toward.
“He who is faithful in little will be faithful in much.”
Faithfulness is not only spiritual. It extends to how we manage, structure, and multiply what has been entrusted to us. To be faithful in much requires that we first demonstrate wisdom with what we already hold — and that wisdom includes building systems that outlast us.
“Fill the earth and subdue it.”
Stewardship and responsibility over land has always been part of divine order. From the beginning, stewardship over the earth was not a suggestion — it was a mandate. The Black church has a unique opportunity to reclaim that mandate for its community, one family at a time.
“The earth is the Lord’s, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein.”
If the earth belongs to God, then land is not merely a financial asset — it is a sacred trust. To own land is to steward what God has already declared His. The Black church is uniquely positioned to reclaim that stewardship for its people.
“Every place that the sole of your foot will tread upon I have given you, as I promised to Moses.”
God’s promise of land is not passive — it is activated by movement, faith, and the willingness to step forward. The inheritance is already declared; the question is whether we will walk into it.
“But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is He that giveth thee power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant.”
Wealth is not a product of our own effort alone. It is a divine endowment — given with purpose, to fulfill covenant and build legacy across generations.
“He who is faithful in a very little thing is faithful also in much; and he who is unrighteous in a very little thing is unrighteous also in much.”
Faithful stewardship of what we have today is the qualification for greater responsibility tomorrow. Stewardship is not a season — it is a standard.
Wealth is not the goal
Stewardship is.
Stewardship is not greed
It is responsibility.
Structure is not optional
It is wisdom.
“We have taught people how to pray for provision… but have we taught them how to preserve it?”
The question is no longer whether the church should be involved in economic stewardship…
The question is whether we can afford not to be.

The Standard Package
Everything a member needs to build, protect, and transfer wealth.
04 — The Model
The church enters a formal partnership with Level Up Legacy, becoming a certified delivery point for the full suite of economic empowerment resources. This is not a donation — it is a strategic, revenue-sharing partnership.
Through Sunday services, dedicated workshops, and digital platforms, congregation members are introduced to the Level Up Legacy framework — meeting them where they are and walking them toward where they need to be.
Land pathways and cooperative ownership models. Legacy education covering wills, trusts, and estate planning. Asset protection frameworks for what families already own. Wealth-building systems for what they are building next.
The church earns revenue through the partnership, increases the value it delivers to its congregation, and positions itself as a national leader in the movement for Black economic empowerment.
05 — For Churches
Not a donation model — a wealth-building partnership.
Churches earn meaningful revenue through the partnership — creating a new income stream that strengthens the institution and its ability to serve.
Congregants who gain financial tools, education, and resources become more engaged, more committed, and more invested in the church's mission.
Partner churches are featured in the Level Up Legacy network, gaining exposure to a growing national audience of pastors, leaders, and families.
Pastors who lead this initiative are positioned as visionaries — leaders who understood that the church's mission includes the economic flourishing of its people.
The ripple effects of economic empowerment extend beyond the congregation into the surrounding community — creating measurable, lasting social impact.
06 — The Movement
“If the church can raise people spiritually, it can also position them economically.”
Level Up Legacy is building a national network of churches committed to the economic empowerment of their congregations. This movement is already gaining momentum — and the churches that step forward now will be remembered as the ones who led it.

07 — Founder & Architect
Founder & Architect, Level Up Legacy
Dr. Saacha Spade is the founder and architect of Level Up Legacy — a visionary leader who recognized that the Black church's greatest untapped resource is not its faith, but its economic potential.
With a deep commitment to generational wealth, community transformation, and institutional empowerment, Dr. Spade built Level Up Legacy as the infrastructure behind a national movement — one that positions the Black church not just as a spiritual home, but as an economic engine for its people.
“The church has always been the most powerful institution in our community. It is time we use that power to build something that lasts.”
This is not a mass-market program. It is a selective, strategic partnership with churches that are ready to lead their congregations into a new economic era. Churches chosen for this initiative may gain access to resources and positioning that most institutions will never have the opportunity to access.

✦ Strategic Partnership Models
We've created multiple ways for churches to lead, participate, and deliver real economic solutions to their members — based on their level of vision, capacity, and commitment.
Model 01
"Lead Without Upfront Commitment"
The church introduces Level Up Legacy to its members and receives a percentage of each enrollment.
This model allows churches to begin immediately while generating impact and revenue.
Model 03
"Lead, Participate, and Scale Impact"
A combination of upfront commitment and ongoing revenue participation — the most complete path to church-led economic transformation.
This model positions the church not only as a participant — but as a leader in delivering economic transformation.
Model 02
"Own and Distribute the Opportunity"
The church acquires Level Up Legacy packages at a discounted rate and distributes them directly to members.
This model is ideal for churches with funding, donor support, or structured outreach programs.
✦ Founding Church Benefits
Churches that join during the initial rollout phase may receive enhanced positioning and incentives, including:
Founding positions are limited and reserved for aligned leadership.
